• Makes technical corrections and conforming amendments to Colorado Revised Statutes to fix errors, remove obsolete provisions, and preserve original legislative intent across multiple statutory titles.

• Repeals approximately 20 inoperative or obsolete statutory provisions that are no longer needed, including expired monetary transfer requirements and provisions rendered obsolete by other legislation.

• Corrects cross-references and section citations throughout the statutes that were missed or made incorrect due to prior legislative amendments, renumbering, and reorganization.

• Relocates legislative language addressing individual career and academic plans (ICAP) and removes duplicative provisions related to business facility income tax credits to improve statutory clarity.

• Declared immediately necessary for preservation of public peace, health, and safety; signed into law by Governor John W. Hickenlooper.
