Authorizes county commissioners to transfer general fund moneys to the county road and bridge fund after the Governor declares a disaster emergency in the county.

Transfers are permitted for a four-year period following the Governor's disaster declaration issued under Section 24-33.5-704(4), C.R.S.

Transferred moneys must be used for disaster response and recovery purposes consistent with permissible uses of the county road and bridge fund.

Counties may transfer moneys back to the general fund if needed, and transferred amounts must be excluded from estimated balances when calculating county road and bridge tax levies.

The act applies retroactively to transfers occurring on or after September 10, 2013, and was signed by Governor John W. Hickenlooper.
