Creates the Wildfire Information and Resource Center within the Division of Fire Prevention and Control in the Department of Public Safety, which must be operational within 60 days of the bill's effective date.

Establishes an online platform providing wildfire information to homeowners, fire professionals, media, and educators including current wildfires, prevention and preparation guidance, fire danger levels, prescribed burn activity, training resources, and mitigation funding sources.

Authorizes the director to fulfill center duties through public-private partnerships with private or public entities and permits the division to seek gifts, grants, donations, or reimbursements from public or private sources.

Appropriates $27,175 and 0.5 FTE for fiscal year 2014-2015, allocated for $21,997 in personal services, $475 in operating expenses, and $4,703 in capital outlay; decreases controlled maintenance trust fund by the same amount.

Declares the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
