Amends the definition of "all other agricultural property" in Colorado Revised Statutes 39-1-102 to include greenhouse and nursery production areas effective January 1, 2015.

Includes only areas used to grow food products, agricultural products, or horticultural stock for wholesale purposes that originate above the ground.

Allows these greenhouse and nursery areas to be classified as agricultural property and valued based on actual use on the assessment date, rather than as general property.

Takes effect August 6, 2014, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires approval at the November 2014 general election to take effect.

Governor John W. Hickenlooper approved the bill.
