Eliminates statute of limitations for felony offenses arising from the same criminal episode as sex offenses against children when defendant identity is determined by genetic information and the offense is reported to law enforcement within 10 years of commission.

Expands prosecution timeline to include criminal attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation charges related to specified sex offenses under sections 18-3-402 and 18-3-403.

Applies new statute of limitations elimination to offenses and delinquent acts committed on or after July 1, 2011, with an effective date of July 1, 2014.

Includes exception that eliminates the statute of limitations extension if the court finds no probable cause for the primary sex offense charge.
