Allows naturopathic doctors with active American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB) board certification to obtain state registration without meeting standard education and examination requirements.

Eliminates naturopathic doctors' ability to dispense, administer, order, or prescribe medicines and to perform minor office procedures.

Expands the naturopathic medicine advisory committee from 9 to 11 members by adding 3 ANMCB-certified naturopaths and reducing medical/osteopathic doctor members from 3 to 2.

Redefines "naturopathic health care" to include mind-body and energetic healing practices, over-the-counter dietary supplements, homeopathic remedies, and physical forces such as heat, cold, water, touch, sound, and light.

Updates references to naturopathic doctor qualifications throughout the statute to accommodate both the traditional education pathway and the ANMCB certification pathway for registration.
