Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 25-8-205.5 to exempt facilities storing pesticides used for water treatment at public water systems from the Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture's inspection duties regarding pesticide storage in bulk.

Defines public water systems as systems used to provide the public with piped water for human consumption.

Extends the exemption to domestic wastewater treatment works.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
