Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes 12-59-106(2), which previously allowed accredited private occupational schools to meet minimum standards by maintaining accreditation with a nationally recognized accrediting association.

Eliminates the provision that accredited schools could fulfill requirements for paragraphs (c) through (o) and (s) of subsection (1) through their accrediting association if standards met or exceeded state minimums.

Requires private occupational schools to satisfy minimum standards directly rather than through third-party accreditation compliance.

Designates the act as necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
