Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 7-101-507 to require public benefit corporations to prepare an annual benefit report.

The amendment changes the statutory language from "a report" to "AN ANNUAL report" to explicitly establish the annual reporting requirement.

Applies to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the legislation.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
