Office of Information Technology must submit annual reports to Joint Budget Committee and Joint Technology Committee by November 1st each year beginning in 2014, containing information technology asset inventory and refresh cycle schedules with cost projections.

Information requirements are phased in over four years: 2014 report covers personal computers; 2015 adds network infrastructure; 2016 adds servers; 2017 and beyond adds nonproductivity software.

Office of Information Technology, in conjunction with Office of State Planning and Budgeting, must create a working group to annually evaluate and prioritize all information technology-related budget requests from state executive branch agencies beginning with fiscal year 2015-16.

Prioritized budget request reports must include project names and purposes, initial and continuing costs for each project, and each project's adherence to Office standards and policies.
