Requires school boards to include in meeting minutes the topic of discussion during executive sessions and the amount of time spent on each topic

Mandates posting of executive session minutes with time allocations on the school board's website within ten business days of approval, or through the board's regular public notice method if no website exists

Requires each board member to sign an affidavit acknowledging awareness of and compliance with confidentiality requirements for executive sessions, regardless of in-person or electronic participation

Extends retention requirement for electronically recorded executive session records from ninety days to at least ninety days after the executive session date for school boards

Applies to all school board meetings occurring on or after the effective date of the act
