Honors the 100th anniversary of President Woodrow Wilson signing the Rocky Mountain National Park Act on January 26, 1915, establishing the park in Colorado.

Recognizes Rocky Mountain National Park's features including 359 miles of hiking trails, 150 lakes, alpine tundra covering one-third of the park, the highest average altitude of any U.S. national park, and more than 170 million cumulative visitors since 1915.

Commends the National Park Service and Colorado stakeholders for over 100 years of work preserving the park's 416 square miles, which now draws 3 million annual visitors and serves as an internationally recognized biosphere reserve.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the National Park Service and the boards of trustees of Grand Lake, Granby, and Estes Park, Colorado.
