Proclaims Tuesday, April 8, 2014, as "Equal Pay Day" in Colorado to symbolize when women's annual wages catch up to men's wages from the previous year.

Acknowledges that Colorado women earn 80 cents for every dollar earned by men in similar positions, with wider gaps for women of color: African-American women earn 67.5 cents and Latinas earn 52.5 cents per dollar earned by Caucasian men.

Urges governmental agencies, businesses, nonprofit and labor organizations, and individuals to implement fair pay equity policies to help close the wage gap for Colorado's women and people of color.

Directs copies of the resolution to all elected federal officials representing Colorado and to 9to5 Colorado, which will distribute copies to 18 Equal Pay Day sponsor organizations including civil rights groups, labor unions, and women's advocacy organizations.
