Proclaims the week of May 11-17, 2014, as Police Week in Colorado to recognize peace officers' efforts in safeguarding citizens.

Designates May 15, 2014, as Peace Officers' Memorial Day to honor officers who made the ultimate sacrifice or were disabled in the line of duty.

Honors 268 peace officers from Colorado who died in service, listing officers by year from 1869 through 2013, including Tom Clements, Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Corrections (2013).

Calls upon all Colorado citizens and patriotic, civic, and educational organizations to observe Police Week and participate in Peace Officers' Memorial Day observances.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to state officials, law enforcement organizations, and police survivors groups.
