Designates April 24 of each year as "Colorado Day of Remembrance of the Armenian Genocide" to honor the 1.5 million victims killed by the Turkish Ottoman Empire from 1915 to 1923

Directs the General Assembly to pause deliberations and formally commemorate the 99th anniversary with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at the Armenian Garden on the State Capitol grounds

Requests that the government of Turkey honor international treaties and human rights law by returning confiscated properties, compensating for destroyed Christian properties and sacred sites, and allowing Christian minorities to practice and teach their religion

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to President Barack Obama, Colorado's congressional delegation, the Armenian and Turkish Embassies, and various Armenian organizations and museums
