Prohibits abortion in Colorado and classifies violations as a class 3 felony, effective July 1, 2015.

Exempts licensed physicians performing medical procedures to prevent a pregnant mother's death if they make reasonable medical efforts to preserve both the mother's and unborn child's lives consistent with conventional medical practice.

Exempts medical treatment that results in accidental or unintentional injury or death to an unborn child, and does not subject the pregnant mother to criminal penalties.

Permits contraception if administered prior to conception and used according to manufacturer instructions.

Establishes that a conviction for violating the abortion prohibition constitutes unprofessional conduct for physician licensing purposes.
