Increases the amount of state sales and use tax net revenue credited to the Older Coloradans Cash Fund from $10 million to $12 million for fiscal years 2015-16, 2016-17, and 2017-18.

Reduces the allocation back to $10 million for fiscal year 2018-19 and all subsequent years.

The $4 million increase (for the three-year period) is proportionally deducted from the 15% of net revenue that would otherwise go to the general fund.

Decreases the general fund appropriation for state funding for senior services by $2 million in the 2015-16 budget.

Increases the cash funds appropriation from the Older Coloradans Cash Fund for state funding for senior services by $2 million in the 2015-16 budget, with the act taking effect July 1, 2015.
