• Designates criminal tax enforcement special agents employed by the Department of Revenue as peace officers while performing their duties and acting under proper orders or regulations
• Grants criminal tax enforcement special agents primary authority to investigate violations of Section 39-21-118, C.R.S., and authority to enforce all Colorado state laws
• Designates motor vehicle criminal investigators employed by the Department of Revenue's Motor Vehicle Investigation Unit as peace officers while performing their duties
• Grants motor vehicle criminal investigators authority to enforce all Colorado state laws
• Permits both criminal tax enforcement special agents and motor vehicle criminal investigators to be certified by the P.O.S.T. Board
