Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 24-72-305.5 to allow persons requesting multiple booking photographs to submit a single required statement instead of submitting one with each request.

Permits custodians to allow requesters who anticipate making multiple booking photograph requests to submit the required statement once for all photographs requested during a specified period not to exceed one year.

Requires persons obtaining booking photographs to affirm that any photograph will not be placed in a publication or posted to a website that charges a fee for removal or deletion of the photograph.

Applies to all requests for photographs made on or after the effective date of the act.
