Allows persons who are breast-feeding a child and are temporarily unable or unwilling to leave the child to be excused temporarily from jury service.

Provides for up to two consecutive twelve-month postponements of jury service for eligible breast-feeding individuals.

Permits judges or jury commissioners to request a medical statement in support of a postponement request.

Protects privacy by declaring that medical statements and supporting documentation are not public records and must not be disclosed to the public.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 13-71-119.5 regarding persons entitled to be excused from jury service.
