Restricts wage complaint investigations under C.R.S. 8-4-111 to the specific subject matter of the notice of wage complaint sent to the employer.

Limits employment classification audits or investigations under C.R.S. 8-70-115 to employment classification matters only.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly (August 5, 2015, if adjournment occurs May 6, 2015), subject to referendum petition.
