Defines "charter school network" as a charter school that organizes additional schools under the same statutory authority and is responsible for governance, oversight, and compliance monitoring for each school in the network.

Allows charter school networks to hold multiple charter contracts through one or more authorizers, be governed by a single governing body, and use multiple contracts if operating multiple schools through the same authorizer.

Requires authorizers to separately accredit each school with a distinct school code and empowers them to take independent action on renewal, revocation, or other matters for each school without affecting others in the network.

Prohibits charter school networks from spending local revenues or bonded indebtedness allocated for one authorizer's school to support a school authorized by a different authorizer, with separate accounting and reporting requirements beginning July 1, 2015.

Mandates that each school within a charter school network be reported and held independently accountable for its performance on state assessments according to applicable performance frameworks.
