Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 12-47-421 to allow members of clubs licensed under the Colorado Liquor Code to remove resealed containers of partially consumed vinous liquor purchased at the club.

Adds "club" licensees under section 12-47-416 to the list of licensed premises whose patrons are permitted to remove vinous liquor from the premises.

Extends the same removal privileges previously available to manufacturers, limited wineries, beer and wine licensees, hotels and restaurants, taverns, brew pubs, and vintner's restaurants to club licensees.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on August 5, 2015, or ninety days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to referendum petition.
