Prohibits sealing records for second or subsequent municipal assault, battery, or domestic violence convictions; allows district attorney veto of first-offense municipal domestic violence sealing requests.

Allows first-time misdemeanor offenders to petition for record sealing five or more years after case completion if they have not been charged or convicted of any felony or misdemeanor since final disposition.

Ineligible offenses for misdemeanor record sealing include traffic offenses, Title 33 crimes, unlawful sexual behavior, crimes against at-risk adults or juveniles, domestic violence crimes, and offenses under section 18-6-401.

Requires defendant to pay $200 filing fee for misdemeanor record sealing petition, with fees deposited in the Judicial Stabilization Cash Fund.

District attorney has authority to object to and block misdemeanor sealing petitions; defendant must provide Colorado Bureau of Investigation and all record custodians with copies of any sealing orders and pay associated costs.
