Department of Revenue must promulgate rules requiring licensed medical marijuana centers and retail marijuana stores to display conspicuous warning signs about potential risks of marijuana use during pregnancy, covering smoking, ingesting, or other consumption methods.

Warning signs must include specific language developed in consultation with the Department of Public Health and Environment and be no more than 17 inches in length and 11 inches in width.

Medical marijuana centers and retail marijuana stores must bear the full cost of providing and displaying the required warning signs.

Medical marijuana centers and retail marijuana stores are prohibited from knowingly directing marijuana advertising to pregnant women.
