Allows cooperative electric associations to comply with renewable energy standards through shared retail distributed generation facilities that serve multiple member-subscribers.

Defines qualifying retail distributed generation facilities as renewable energy resources with nameplate ratings of 2 megawatts or less, located within the cooperative's service territory and serving its members.

Requires minimum subscriber participation of 4 members for facilities rated at 50 kilowatts or less, and 10 members for facilities exceeding 50 kilowatts.

Limits each subscriber's share to no more than 120 percent of their average annual consumption.

Permits cooperative electric associations to independently establish subscriber terms, pricing (including low-income considerations), metering, accounting, renewable energy credit ownership, and other related requirements.
