• Mandates the division of housing maintain a registry of construction defect complaints for multi-family attached housing, with defects reported in good faith within a reasonable time after discovery.

• Requires builders of multi-family attached housing to disclose to purchasers whether external review and validation was conducted and, if so, the results of that review.

• Appropriates $25,000 to the department of local affairs for the division of housing to implement the program during the 2015-16 fiscal year from the building regulation fund.
