Amends Joint Rule No. 25 of the Colorado General Assembly to rename the House committee from "Business, Labor, Economic, and Workforce Development" to "Business Affairs and Labor"

The Senate committee name remains "Business, Labor, and Technology"

Updates all references to the House committee name throughout the joint rules, including oversight responsibilities for departments and agencies

Requires all divisions within the Department of Regulatory Agencies to report to both the renamed House Business Affairs and Labor Committee and the Senate Business, Labor, and Technology Committee
