House Joint Resolution 15-1006: Water Project Revolving Fund Eligibility Lists

• Approves additions, modifications, and deletions to the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) Project Eligibility List, enabling financial assistance for drinking water projects from the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority.

• Adds 10 new entities to the DWRF eligibility list and modifies 88 existing projects to expand scope (e.g., adding treatment plants, storage, distribution, green infrastructure, and source water protection).

• Deletes 165 projects from the DWRF list due to completion, alternative funding, ineligibility, or compliance achievement.

• Approves additions, modifications, and deletions to the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF) Project Eligibility List for wastewater treatment system improvements, adding 14 entities and modifying 39 projects.

• Deletes 162 projects from the WPCRF list due to completion, alternative funding, ineligibility, or compliance achievement.
