Recognizes the tenth anniversary of the partnership between the Colorado National Guard and the Jordanian Armed Forces, which began in 2004 under the National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program.

Celebrates mutual exchanges and collaboration between Colorado and Jordan on cyber defense, women's leadership in the military, non-commissioned officer development, and aviation safety.

Expresses condolences for the death of First Lieutenant Moath al-Kasasbeh, a Royal Jordanian Air Force pilot who was killed in service during the Global War on Terror and posthumously promoted to captain.

Condemns the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) as a terrorist organization responsible for assassinations, enslavement, torture, massacres, attacks on civilians and schools, destruction of cultural sites, and hostage-taking in violation of international law.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to state and federal officials, including the Governor, Secretary of State, Ambassador of Jordan, National Guard Bureau leadership, and the Broomfield Veterans Memorial Museum.
