Designates February 19, 2015, as Human Trafficking Awareness Advocacy Day in Colorado to recognize the scope and severity of human trafficking.

Commits the General Assembly to build efforts around the United Nations "4Ps" framework—Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, and Partnerships—used by the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking's Colorado Project.

Pledges support for swift prosecution of traffickers, education and prevention programs, and services for victims of human trafficking in Colorado.

Commits to supporting and passing legislation directed at addressing human trafficking and supporting the work of the Colorado Human Trafficking Council.

Directs copies be sent to the Governor, Attorney General, Colorado Human Trafficking Council Chair, and founder of the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado.
