Eliminates the requirement that at least 50% of a teacher's performance evaluation be determined by student academic growth, as established in Senate Bill 10-191.

Removes the 50% academic growth requirement from principal performance evaluations as well.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes sections 22-9-105.5 and 22-9-106 to strike language mandating the academic growth component in educator effectiveness evaluations.

Allows school districts to develop performance evaluation systems with multiple measures of effectiveness, but no longer requires academic growth to comprise a specific percentage of the evaluation.
