Bans EBT card use at firearms retailers and alcohol beverage retailers licensed to sell malt, vinous, or spirituous liquors

Expands restrictions to include medical marijuana, medical marijuana-infused products, retail marijuana, and retail marijuana product establishments, with a 60-day grace period before prohibition takes effect

Adds restriction on EBT use at adult-oriented entertainment establishments where performers disrobe or perform unclothed, with a 60-day grace period before prohibition takes effect

Requires the state department to notify affected establishments of the prohibitions and mandates ATM operators to reprogram machines when relocated outside restricted venues
