SB 15-112 Summary

• On April 1, 2015, the state treasurer shall transfer $300,000 from the general fund to the building regulation fund.

• On July 1, 2016, the state treasurer shall transfer $200,000 from the general fund to the building regulation fund.

• For fiscal year 2014-15, the building regulation fund is granted a waiver of target reserve requirements for all excess uncommitted reserves.

• The waiver provision in subsection (11) is repealed effective July 1, 2017.
