Provides supplemental appropriation of $224,777,743 to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014.

Appropriates $12,367,626 to Executive Director and Army National Guard for personnel services, health benefits, operating expenses, and facility maintenance.

Appropriates $3,410,317 to Division of Veterans Affairs including $1,000,000 for mental health, employment, housing and other veterans services through grants to non-profit and governmental entities.

Appropriates $3,353,431 to Air National Guard for operations and maintenance agreements at Buckley and Greeley facilities.

Appropriates $205,646,369 in federal funds for Federal Funded Programs Operations under cooperative agreements with the federal government.
