Amends the supplemental appropriation to the Department of the Treasury for fiscal year 2015 (beginning July 1, 2014) by modifying Part XXII of HB 14-1336.

Adjusts Administration section appropriations totaling $2,293,445, including increases to personal services ($1,349,768), health and benefit costs, and operational expenses.

Increases Unclaimed Property Program appropriations to $2,034,743 for personal services, operating expenses, promotion, leased space, and contract auditor services funded from the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund.

Authorizes Special Purposes appropriations of $432,229,388 including $118,400,000 for senior citizen and disabled veteran property tax exemptions and $313,829,388 for Highway Users Tax Fund distributions to counties and municipalities.

Total Treasury Department appropriation adjusted to $436,557,576, with the bill declared necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
