Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 24-50-104 to authorize a one-time transfer from the Department of Public Safety's account in the State Employee Reserve Fund to the General Fund for fiscal year 2014-15

State Treasurer shall transfer $6,351,002 on April 1, 2015 from the Department of Public Safety's account to the General Fund

The transfer authorization sub-paragraph (B) is repealed and becomes effective July 1, 2016, making this a temporary measure

General Assembly declares the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety
