Appropriates $40,450,144 to the legislative department for fiscal year 2015-16, consisting of $39,356,144 from the general fund, $179,000 from cash funds, and $915,000 from reappropriated funds.

Allocates $13,370,863 to the general assembly (66.0 FTE), $8,846,809 to the office of the state auditor (72.0 FTE), $1,713,424 to the joint budget committee (16.0 FTE), $8,268,680 to the legislative council (73.3 FTE), and $6,094,116 to the committee on legal services (53.3 FTE).

Provides $1,098,033 for PERA Amortization Equalization Disbursement and $1,058,219 for PERA Supplemental Amortization Equalization Disbursement.

Appropriates $25,000 from the general fund to the youth advisory council cash fund for fiscal year 2015-16, with the legislative department responsible for accounting.

Anticipates approximately $250,000 in revenue from the tax levy on civil actions to offset statute revision expenses by the office of legislative legal services (informational purposes only).
