Designates March 21, 2015, as "Single Parents' Day" in Colorado to recognize the dedication and achievements of single parents.

Notes that more than 20 million children in the United States currently live in single-parent homes and that single-parent families have more than doubled over the past 25 years.

References Congress's 1984 designation of March 21 as "National Single Parent Day" through House Joint Resolution 200 (Public Law 98-240) and President Reagan's Proclamation 5166.

Acknowledges that Colorado became the first state in 1993 to officially recognize March 21 as "Single Parents' Day."

Directs that copies of the resolution be sent to Janice S. Moglen of the Coalition for Single Parents' Day.
