• Designates October 2015 as "Conflict Resolution Month" in Colorado, joining Governor John Hickenlooper's proclamation.

• Invites Coloradans to create events and celebrate productive conflict resolution methods including mediation, arbitration, facilitation, and restorative justice in communities, schools, homes, and workplaces.

• Directs the General Assembly to encourage development of educational and training programs emphasizing facilitative, interest-based, party-centered, and restorative mediation for judges and officials throughout state courts, executive branch, and local governments.

• Requires copies of the resolution to be distributed to the Colorado Supreme Court, judicial district courts, state officials, the Governor, and numerous conflict resolution organizations and professional associations.
