Recognizes Lincoln's legacy reflected in Colorado's capitol complex design, with Lincoln Street to the West, Grant Street to the East, and Sherman Street intersecting the complex.

Notes that the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., completed in 1922, was built with Yule Marble from Colorado to symbolize national unity after the Civil War.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to President Barack Obama, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois, the Petersen House in Washington, D.C., and Colorado's congressional delegation.
