Authorizes local authorities to obtain fallen heroes special license plates by paying required taxes, fees, and a donation to the Colorado chapter of the Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc.

Appropriates $37,490 to the Department of Revenue for the 2016-17 fiscal year to implement the program, with funds allocated for information technology services and license plate ordering.
