Repeals Colorado Revised Statute 39-21-122 in its entirety, eliminating the Department of Revenue's revenue impact accounting requirements for 2010 tax legislation.

Removes mandatory quarterly reporting requirements to the General Assembly on net revenue gains from the enactment of House Bills 10-1189, 10-1190, 10-1191, 10-1193, 10-1194, 10-1196, 10-1197, and 10-1199.

Eliminates the Department of Revenue's obligation to track and account for revenue attributable to the specified 2010 tax bills enacted in the previous legislative session.

Includes a safety clause finding the repeal necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
