• Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes 22-36-106(2) eliminating the Department's requirement to study and report annually on enrollment options available throughout the public school system.

• Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes 22-29-105 and 22-29-106 eliminating provisions regarding electronic data storage and the character education fund.
