Creates an exemption to Colorado's unlawful concealed weapon statute for active duty United States military personnel carrying a concealed handgun.

Adds new subsection (g) to Colorado Revised Statutes 18-12-105, establishing that carrying a concealed handgun is not an offense when the person is on active duty and serving in the armed forces of the United States military.

Takes effect August 10, 2016, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires approval by voters at the November 2016 general election.
