School districts with at least 1,000 enrolled pupils must post school director candidate information on their official websites in a prominent area prior to each election.

Required postings include an image of each candidate's written notice of intention and contact information (name, residential address, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and website if available).

School districts must post the information as soon as practicable but no later than 60 days before the election, organized alphabetically by candidate surname.

School districts may use hyperlinks to the Secretary of State's website to minimize costs and may voluntarily post additional candidate information or resources.

All online postings must be accomplished within existing fiscal resources, and the act applies to elections conducted on or after the effective date (subject to potential referendum approval).
