Amends the 2015-16 state budget appropriation for the Colorado Judicial Department by modifying Part VIII of the annual general appropriation act (SB 15-234)

Appropriates $669,747,451 total to the Judicial Department for FY 2015-16, funded from General Fund ($477,685,272), Cash Funds ($155,101,052), Reappropriated Funds ($32,536,127), and Federal Funds ($4,425,000)

Allocates funds across nine major judicial divisions: Supreme Court/Court of Appeals ($24,821,396), Courts Administration ($68,885,403), Trial Courts ($192,558,192), Probation Services ($140,886,231), State Public Defender ($86,630,887), Alternate Defense Counsel ($86,630,887), Child's Representative ($31,576,293), Respondent Parents' Counsel ($6,736,570), and Independent Ethics Commission ($347,708)

Appropriates additional $372,653 in General Fund to Judicial Department for 2.2 FTE positions distributed among general courts administration ($10,000), courthouse capital/infrastructure maintenance ($133,812), and Office of Child Protection Ombudsman ($228,841)

Decreases Department of Human Services appropriation by $270,372 to offset the supplemental Judicial Department appropriation
