Appropriates supplemental funding to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, amending Part XIII of SB 15-234.

Total appropriation of $225,383,356 distributed across General Fund ($8,294,927), Cash Funds ($1,281,079), Reappropriated Funds ($800,000), and Federal Funds ($215,007,350).

Funds four main divisions: Executive Director and Army National Guard ($12,386,114); Division of Veterans Affairs ($3,904,395); Air National Guard ($3,446,478); and Federal Funded Programs ($205,646,369).

Authorizes 1,239.0 FTE positions across the department, with majority allocated to Federal Funded Programs operations.

Declared necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety under safety clause provision.
