• Appropriation sources include General Fund ($121.1 million), Cash Funds ($185.7 million), Reappropriated Funds ($34.4 million), and Federal Funds ($59.5 million)

• Includes specific allocations for community corrections placements ($59.4 million), criminal justice programs, fire prevention and wildland management, and emergency preparedness

• Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety
