Amends Section 2 of Chapter 364 (SB 15-234) in Session Laws of Colorado 2015 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Department of the Treasury for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015.

Administration section appropriates $2,280,377 total including $1,372,760 for personal services (16.4 FTE), health and dental benefits, workers' compensation, operating expenses, information technology, and capital complex leased space.

Unclaimed Property Program appropriates $2,321,887 including $849,766 for personal services (15.5 FTE), $414,932 operating expenses, $200,000 promotion and correspondence, $57,189 leased space, and $800,000 contract auditor services.

Special Purpose section appropriates $477,046,164 for senior citizen and disabled veteran property tax exemption ($126,000,000), Highway Users Tax Fund county and municipality payments ($331,051,286), property tax reimbursement for natural disasters ($2,221,828), and lease purchase of academic facilities ($17,773,050).

Bill was approved on March 11, 2016 by Governor John W. Hickenlooper and declared necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
